Early Influence
Originally from the Midwest, Brittnay discovered an early talent for narrative storytelling. At age 16, she saved enough money to purchase her first video camera and started making short creative films of her friends. Soon after, she began taking roles in school that led to various photography projects and speaking engagements.
The career-defining moment for Brittnay was at her high school baccalaureate where she presented a personal essay to a full auditorium, which received a powerful standing ovation. She recognized in that moment her gift for evoking strong emotional connection to others through meaningful stories.
Brittnay graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with studies in Public Relations and Communications, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and launched her first media business shortly after.
Filmmaker to Fashion Designer
Brittnay has partnered with brands all across the country bringing hundreds of creative projects to life through multimedia formats including photography, film, journalism, podcasting, and online marketing.
She is known for her signature style of producing cinematic and editorial content that is emotion-driven and focused on humanizing brands. Deeply rooted both in the art and science of storytelling, Brittnay believes in the creative power to “change the narrative” of the stories we project through our personal brands in order to stand out in a highly-saturated digital market.
As an emerging designer, she plans to bring that same energy and passionate storytelling she has poured into her client projects— into her own lifestyle clothing brand, focused on creating connection through positive body image, mental health, and environmentalism within the fashion industry.
